We deliver elegant fashion across the UAE. Below is how shipping works when you shop at Dressy.ae.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
Please provide a complete shipping address including full name, phone number, street address, city, and emirate at checkout.

A flat shipping fee of 25 AED applies to every order, displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping promotions may apply on qualifying orders (e.g. orders over AED 300) as shown on our website. Promotional offers are subject to change.
All prices on Dressy.ae are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Orders are processed after successful payment through our secure Stripe checkout.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is complete.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after confirmation. Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before paying.

Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes 2–5 business days after your order is processed.
Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or for remote areas.
Business hours for order handling: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UAE time).

Registered customers can track order status from the My Account dashboard.
After payment, order status progresses as: Paid → Processing → Shipped → Delivered.
You will receive an email when your order is being processed and again when it ships. Contact us on WhatsApp for delivery updates if needed.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect details may delay or prevent delivery.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional redelivery fees may apply.
Saved addresses can be managed from your account dashboard for faster future checkouts.

International shipping may be available on request. Please contact us before placing an order from outside the UAE.
All international orders are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on international shipments.
International delivery times and shipping rates vary by destination and will be confirmed before dispatch.
